Janssen CarePath Trial Offer

Free 30-day trial supply for eligible patients

Eligible patients receive a free 30-day trial supply of XARELTO® with a valid signed 30-day prescription for any XARELTO® dose other than 10-mg tablet or 1 mg/mL oral suspension. The Trial Offer can be used with the XARELTO® Starter Pack. The Trial Offer helps you and your patient determine if XARELTO® is right for them. At the conclusion of the program, you and your patient decide whether to continue treatment. Terms expire at the end of each calendar year and may change.
One (1) use is allowed per lifetime. This Trial Offer is open to patients who have commercial insurance, government coverage, or no insurance coverage; however, there is no guarantee of continuous accessibility after the program ends. Please see program requirements.

If you have an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, we have created a link to the Janssen CarePath Trial Offer for XARELTO®. You can work with your IT department to have this link included in your EHR system so that you can automatically print and provide the Trial Offer card to your patients. Janssen CarePath Savings Program

Eligible commercial patients pay $10 for each  to  prescription, subject to program benefit limits

There is no limit to this benefit for the first 90 days, and then a $200 limit for each 30-day supply thereafter. There is a $3,400 maximum program benefit per calendar year. Not valid for patients using Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded programs to pay for their medications. Patients prescribed XARELTO® 10 mg because of a recent non-surgical hospital discharge or because they have recently undergone hip or knee replacement surgery are not eligible. Terms expire at the end of each calendar year and may change. There is no income requirement.

Patients can text “SAVINGS” to 27421 (message and data rates may apply*) or use Express Enrollment at to receive an electronic card that can be saved to their mobile wallet or they can register for the Savings Program and sign up for ongoing support at

Providers and Pharmacies can use the Express Enrollment site at, which allows you to check eligibility and enroll patients in the Janssen CarePath Savings Program.

Enrolled patients will receive personalized refill reminders for their XARELTO® prescriptions based on information collected about them and can opt out of refill reminders at any time by calling 888‑XARELTO (888-927-3586).

Do your patients pay more than $85 monthly out of pocket for their prescription of XARELTO®? Janssen Select may be able to help.

At Janssen, we know that it can be hard for your patients to stay on treatment when their out-of-pocket costs increase during a coverage gap (eg, commercial high deductibles or the Medicare Part D coverage gap, formerly known as the “Donut hole”). That’s why we’ve created Janssen Select.

Through Janssen Select your patients can:

  • Pay $85, plus sales tax if applicable, for a 30-day (1-month) supply of XARELTO®.
  • Or pay $240 for a 90-day (3-month) supply of XARELTO® ($80 per month), plus sales tax if applicable, if the patient and provider choose a 90-day supply.
  • Participate without paying a membership fee or sharing their income information.
  • Register beginning April 1 and get refills until December 31, and they can discontinue anytime.

Terms expire at the end of each calendar year and may change.

To register, patients must have insurance covering a portion of the cost of XARELTO® and are being asked to pay more than $85 monthly for XARELTO® through their insurance.
