Injection Appointment Reminder Alerts
Janssen CarePath offers reminder alerts to help you keep up with your injection appointments. You will be contacted the day before your injection appointment at your healthcare provider's office. Your doctor can request reminder alert phone calls for you, or you can elect to receive these as text messages by checking the appropriate box when you sign the HIPAA Patient Authorization Form for Janssen CarePath.
