By agreeing to the terms of Janssen CarePath ("Program"), you consent to receive autodialed text messages on behalf of Janssen. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any Janssen product. The program is valid with most major US carriers. There is no fee payable to Janssen to receive text messages (SMS). However, your carrier's message and data rates may apply.
Subscribers of the Program may receive up to 3 messages for initial enrollment and up to 4 recurring messages per month.
Data obtained from you in connection with your registration for, and use of this SMS service may include your mobile phone number, carrier information, and elements of pharmacy claim information. Janssen may use this information to provide the SMS services you request from us. Data obtained from you will not be used to contact you for future unrelated text messaging programs or services. Our Privacy Policy governs the use of the information you provide.
You may unsubscribe from the Program at any time by replying STOP. An unsubscribe message will be sent to your mobile number confirming the cancellation, but no more messages will be sent from this Program after that one.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
