Complete the Prescription Process for OPSUMIT®
In order to prescribe OPSUMIT®, healthcare providers must enroll in the OPSUMIT® Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) Program and agree to comply with the requirements of the program. The OPSUMIT® REMS Program was designed to manage serious risks associated with OPSUMIT®.
All female patients must be enrolled in the OPSUMIT® REMS Program to receive OPSUMIT®, due to the risks of embryo-fetal toxicity. Male patients are not required to enroll in the OPSUMIT® REMS Program.
