Janssen CarePath Patient Account
Your patients and their caregivers can create an online account at MyJanssenCarePath.com where they can learn about their insurance coverage. They can also:
- Enroll in the Janssen CarePath Savings Program
- Manage their benefits
- Sign up for prescription reminders
- Find support throughout their treatment journey
Care Coordination
Janssen CarePath gives your patients one-on-one support through our Care Coordinators. Our Care Coordinators will work closely with you and your patients to provide the support you direct and additional support that your patients may need.
Janssen CarePath Trial Offer
A free 30-day trial offer is available for eligible patients to see if INVOKANA® is right for them. At the end of the program, you and your patient decide whether or not to continue treatment. One (1) use is allowed per product, per lifetime. This Trial Offer is open to all patients with or without insurance. There is no guarantee of continued access to the medication after the program ends. Please see program requirements
Patients can register by simply texting “VOUCHER” to 32951 (message and data rates may apply*). Once registered, patients will receive an electronic version of the Trial Offer card. This card can be saved to their digital wallet on their iPhone or Android device.

Daily Medication and Prescription Refill Reminders
Patients can sign up for phone calls, text messages, or emails that remind them to take their medication as directed.

Sign up or log in to the Provider Portal at JanssenCarePathPortal.com where you can request and review benefits investigations, enroll eligible patients in the Janssen CarePath Savings Program and view their Savings Program transactions.
